Based on the athletes’ average speeds, if every Olympic medalist raced each other, Usain Bolt (the London version) would win, with a wide distribution of Olympians behind him.

The Perfect 10 – Nadia Comaneci

It was in the previous century. The year was 1976, and a young Romanian gymnast dominated the Olympic Games. Her name was Nadia Comaneci and she showed the world the meaning of the word “prefect”.

Nadia Comaneci was the first gymnast in Olympic history to be awarded the perfect score of 10.0 for her performance on the uneven bars. She went on to record the perfect 10.0 six more times and became the youngest all-around Olympic gold medallist ever. Here’s a compilation of her performances:
